The objective of activity:
     "Lottery” is a lot of Thai entertainment. FMTL employees like to gamble the government lotteries. Each month, there are many government lotteries which have not been won. The lotteries that have not won, are collected and members of civil society makes wreaths and flower arrangements for funerals through nearby temples to support down syndrome welfare facilities.
